This page explains what data Pro Ads collects, why, and where it is kept.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email and password (hashed).
- Your conversations with the Sajjad Pro assistant, the business details you share in them, and the videos you upload.
- Payment details you submit: method, amount, transaction reference and receipt image. We never receive or store your card details.
- When you link TikTok: permission to manage campaigns on your ad account, your advertiser ID, and your campaigns and their results.
Why we use it
- To prepare, launch and track campaigns on your ad account.
- To activate your subscription and verify payments.
- To improve the assistant: our team reviews general lessons drawn from conversations and campaign results, without names, numbers or personal data.
- So the assistant remembers you: it saves details about your business from your chats (like business type and city) and uses them only in your own future chats. You can see and clear them on the Ad account page.
Who we share it with
- Only the providers that run the platform: Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the Claude model behind the assistant), Composio (secure TikTok connection) and TikTok (to create campaigns on your account).
- We never sell your data.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account and its data to be deleted at any time.
- You can revoke our TikTok access from your TikTok for Business settings at any time.
